This Week's Menu

Each dish is prepared fresh with seasonal ingredients and Ayurvedic wisdom. Order individually or choose a meal package.

Food Has Always Been My Way of Healing

Long before Rasana existed, I was cooking with intention. Trained as an Ayurvedic practitioner and chef, I have spent years learning how seasonal ingredients can restore balance, energy and wellbeing. Rasana is that knowledge brought to your table — one nourishing meal at a time.

The Story Behind Rasana

Rooted in Nature, Guided by Ancient Wisdom

Rasana was born from a deep belief that food is medicine. Founded in Mexico City by an Ayurvedic chef and practitioner, every dish we create is an expression of that philosophy — seasonal, intentional and made with care.

My journey into Ayurvedic cooking began long before Rasana. Trained as both a chef and an Ayurvedic practitioner, I have spent years studying the relationship between food, the body and the seasons. Rasana is the result of that knowledge — a space where ancient wisdom meets modern life, and where every meal is an act of nourishment.
